The Rugby League World Cup is coming to Hull!

The Rugby League World Cup takes place this year, featuring a record-breaking 61 games between the world’s greatest teams.

The Men’s, Women’s, and Wheelchair tournaments will take place across 18 host cities from 15 October 2022 – 19 November 2022. It’s also the first time ever that all three tournaments have taken place simultaneously.

Three games will take place in Hull at the MKM Stadium. The first will see New Zealand men vs. Jamaica men on Saturday 22 October 2022. A double header event follows on Saturday 5 November, featuring Papa New Guinea women vs. Brazil Women, and the men’s quarter final.

Hull is also proud to be the host city of the Fiji national team for the Rugby League World Cup, Who are using The Defence School of Transport (Normandy Barracks) as their base. You can find out more about that here.
