A business in Trinity Market offering natural, organic, vegan and eco-friendly has set up a crowdfunding page in a bid to become the city’s first zero-waste store.
Customers would bring their own jars and containers to Eco Shed and fill them up, meaning no packaging – and therefore no waste. This would also makes the items cheaper as customers would only pay for the product, not the packaging.
