Essential repairs to Willerby Road will be carried out later this year.

Work to improve Endike Lane begins next month

Roadworks in Endike Lane will begin next week.

From Monday 4 January, repair works between Willowfield and Oldstead Avenue will take place for six weeks.

To carry out these works safely and effectively, traffic management will be in place, and motorists will be diverted for the duration of the works.

The signed diversion route for motorists and bus services will be via Cranbrook Avenue and Greenwood Avenue.

Councillor Anita Harrison, portfolio holder for highways at Hull City Council, said: “This work is necessary, and we apologise for any delays.

“We ask that motorists are patient while we carry out these essential repairs.”

Access will be maintained at all time for emergency service vehicles

The work will be carried out by PBS Construction Ltd.
