Essential road repairs are to begin in Beverley Road on Sunday 1 December.
The overnight works will take place from 5pm to 6am between Hall Road and Mizzen Road.
The southbound section of Beverley Road will be closed to traffic and temporary lights will be in place.
Councillor Anita Harrison, portfolio holder for highways, said: “To allow the repairs to take place safely, some traffic management will be in place.
“We apologise in advance and ask that motorists are patient while we carry out these essential repairs.”
The work will be carried out by PBS Construction Limited.
