Striking the right chord this Halloween

Children aged between 8-12 years-old will be able to get creative with musical instrument making and playing sessions at Hull Central Library this half-term.

On Tuesday 31 October and Wednesday 1 November between 1-4pm, the participants will be introduced to the arts, through making and playing musical instruments, and, on completion, will receive an Arts Award Discover certificate.

Councillor Terry Geraghty, Portfolio Holder for Leisure and Tourism and Chair of Hull Culture and Leisure Limited, said: “We’re really excited to be transforming our libraries into fun places which is a perfect for half-term and show the diverse range of activities and experiences which libraries can offer.”
