This week, it was announced that overnight resurfacing works would be taking place in Chamberlain Road and Stoneferry Road from Monday 6 December in the latest phase of the Stoneferry improvement scheme.
The work, which is expected to last about a week, will be carried out from 7pm to 6am, Monday to Friday (including Saturday morning).
During the work, the Chamberlain/Stoneferry roundabout and part of Chamberlain Road will be closed.
Councillor Dean Kirk, portfolio holder for transportation, roads and highways said: “With the Stoneferry improvement scheme, we are improving access and use for thousands of residents and businesses in the area. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
