HEY! Volunteering's drop-in sessions are on the third floor of Princes Quay

Find out more about HEY! Volunteering at Princes Quay drop-in sessions

Drop-in sessions are being held from today, Thursday 26 January, in Princes Quay shopping centre for those interested in becoming part of HEY! Volunteering’s big, friendly and enthusiastic family.

The organisation’s recruitment drive began on 16 January and will continue until Tuesday 28 February.

The drop-in sessions are on the third floor in Princes Quay, opposite SEED Support Services – just look for the mannequin dressed in blue, every Thursday, Friday and Saturday until 18 February.

They are open 11am to 3pm each day to provide those interested the chance to find out more and speak to members of the team and current volunteers, as well as helping those who are unable to sign up online.

The iconic, blue-coated volunteer programme began back in 2016 to support Hull’s incredible year as UK City of Culture the following year.

Now hosted by Visit Hull and East Yorkshire and called HEY! Volunteering, the story continues as it strives to improve lives and experiences through volunteering.

It is now providing an opportunity for the people of Hull and East Yorkshire to join the programme and support arts, culture and heritage across the region.

You can find out more information on what HEY! Volunteering does here or by emailing [email protected] and sign up online here.
