Your chance to shape multi-million pound Whitefriargate regeneration

People are being asked to influence the multi-million pound regeneration of Whitefriargate.

The historic Hull thoroughfare has already secured millions of pounds of investment and next year, the council is bidding for up to £22m from the Government’s Future High Streets Fund.

Visitors to Trinity Live, Trinity Market’s weekly live music event, last night were asked for their opinions on a range of concepts regarding plans for Whitefriargate.

The gig-goers shared their views on plans including lighting, art installations and information boards.

They were also invited to share general comments on what they would like to see achieved from the Whitefriargate regeneration.

The event at Trinity Market was the first of a series of engagement events that will be taking place over the coming months. The next one will take place at the market on Saturday 21 December.
