Hull City Council is calling on the public to help identify a man who we wish to speak with regarding rubbish which was seen being dumped on Haworth Street in Hull.
The incident which was captured on CCTV shows the offender removing rubbish from his vehicle and placing it on the pavement. The offence took place just after 5pm on Saturday 3 February 2018.
