Fly-tipping in Hull – can you help?

The driver of a white van has been caught fly-tipping in Hull.

The person was seen fly-tipping in Seymour Street, Hull, and now members of the public are being asked for any information on the incident after the vehicle left the area.

The offence took place between 3.36pm and 4.04pm on Monday 13 July.

Councillor Anita Harrison, Hull City Council’s portfolio holder for Streetscene, said: “We are asking members of the public to assist us in identifying those involved in dumping waste in one of our residential streets.

“Some people have already come forward to the local authority and the police and we encourage those same witnesses to get in contact to discuss the incident further.

“Any information is useful to us and with your help, we can help to prosecute those who carry out this anti-social behaviour.”
